Property Inspections
Our property inspection service is designed to provide you with a detailed assessment of visibly identifiable issues in the common areas. We carefully examine the exterior and interior of the building, as well as other common areas. Which can include tot lots, walking paths, parking areas, tennis courts, club houses, and fences. Inspection frequency is customizable based on each client. The customer is able to determine the frequency of the inspections as it best fits their needs.
Inspection Reporting
Our inspection reports are customized to each property based on their specific areas of inspection. Any identified maintenance needs will be documented, photographed, as well as assigned to the party responsible for the completion of the repair. Once an item is completed, the report can be updated with new photos and updated notes regarding completion.

Maintenance Packages
Customers are given the flexibility to select a maintenance package offering a fixed number of hours and frequency. By committing to a maintenance package, clients secure a discounted hourly rate for general maintenance services. Clients who opt against the maintenance package still qualify for maintenance services at the regular hourly rate.
